Tel Saki, in the Golan heights, for me is a symbol of Israel and its spirit.

‎‏Located in the south of the beautiful Golan, Tel Saki is a battlesite on the Syrian Border with an unbelievable story. As an IDF Major (Res.) and a motivational speaker for IDF soldiers and draftees, I find it the most engaging story in the history of the IDF. What makes the story so unique is that it is so human, and it’s heroes are so vulnerable.
‎‏I invite you all to visit the amazing site and explore it’s huge bunkers, on site or virtually, and relive the incredible story which I won’t give you spoilers on. Tonight, an Israeli series called Valley of Tears, is premiering on HBO Max. Based on true stories from the 1973 Yom Kippur War, the Tel Saki story is a major part in the series, and parts of it were actually filmed on site.
