Security & Flight Cancellations
The participant acknowledges that travel in Israel carries inherent risks, including the risk of terrorism and security incidents.
If the participant cancels due to official notifications or warnings issued by the Israeli government or an authority acting on its behalf for security or safety reasons, Israel Destination will make commercially reasonable efforts to recover and refund any recoverable costs from hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers. Israel Destination does not guarantee that such costs will be recoverable.
If the participant is unable to attend due to a flight cancellation, Israel Destination will likewise make commercially reasonable efforts to recover any recoverable costs from suppliers. Any amounts actually recovered will be refunded to the participant.
