I chose to send you this #picture since I’m super connected to the #holyland, David’s village and the kingship of #king #David

I moved here from #newyork when I was 2 years old and am so thankful to have grown up here in #Jerusalem , #Israel, the center of the #world!

When I was 12, #terrorism was at it’s peak here and as we were preparing for my bat mitzvah there was a big terrorist attack where 15 people were murdered and many were injured. My parents didn’t feel right to #celebrate and so together we decided to cancel the #party and start an organization to help victims, like they were our own family – we called it ‘One Family’.

Now, 20 years later I have moved on to work as a #yoga #teacher. I see a lot of #meaning to #mindfulness , #acceptance and #nurturing ourselves.

Together with that I continue to support this important cause of supporting the terror #victims, who unfortunately have more people joining this family.
