Cancellation Fees:
Up to May 15 - Free cancellation
May 15 – June 1: 50% cancelation fee
From June 2 onward: 100% cancellation fee
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected
changes or airlines cancellations.

If the Trip Is Canceled by the Organizers:
Should we be required to cancel the trip due to official instructions from the Israeli government, all participants will receive a full refund for payments made .

If You Choose to Cancel :
If a participant cancels out of personal concern or fear — while the trip is still proceeding as planned and travel remains open according to Israeli government guidelines — the standard cancellation policy will apply, including all applicable fees and non-refundable costs .

Flight Cancellations:
If your specific airline cancels your flight (e.g., Delta cancels but El Al continues to operate), this is considered a personal matter, and the standard cancellation policy will apply. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover such situations.
