Honored to be teaching Torah to English speaking high school boys at Yerushalayim Torah Academy.

Recently earned a certificate in Health Coaching. I run a whatsapp group sharing Torah related inspiration and personal reflections around healthy living & weight loss. I’ve always wanted a large “block of time” to truly learn about nutrition/health and put in the required time and energy to create healthy habits. When Corona came last year and I realized I’d be stuck at home for a few months- it was the perfect time I had been waiting for!! So this “health journey” became my “Corona project” and will iy’h last for many years.
