Eli was born and raised in suburban Tel Aviv, in a home which inspired a deep love of the Land of Israel and its people. From a young age, he has been exploring the length and breadth of the country. After high school he studied in the yeshiva in Eli, and continued to serve as a commander in an elite IDF unit.
Eli is married, and a father of three, and the family live in a small town on the edge of the desert. Over the past ten years he has guided VIP tours, families, religious groups and teen-tours. Currently he is studying for an MBA in tourism management.
