Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your Israel Destination Tour. By registering and paying a deposit, you agree to the following:

1. Pricing and Inclusions:
   • Tour prices are per person and include accommodations, meals, transport, activities, and guides as per the itinerary. Prices are based on current rates and may change.
2. Exclusions:
   • Tour prices do not include: gratuities, personal expenses, optional activities, and meals not specified in the itinerary.
3. Reservations and Payments:
   • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   • Over 35 days before the trip: 85% refund  
   • 15-35 days before the trip: 50% refund
   • Within 14 days: no refund.
5. Assumption of Risks:
   • You acknowledge the risks associated with travel and agree to release Israel Destination, Explore & More Israel Education Tours, and associated individuals from liability for any injury, damage, or loss.
6. Cancellation or Substitution by Us:
   • We may cancel the tour due to inadequate enrollment or safety concerns. Our liability is limited to offering a replacement tour.
7. Baggage:
   • Israel Destination, Explore & More Israel Education Tours, and associated individuals, are not liable for baggage loss or damage. Supplemental travel insurance is privately available, if desired.
8. Passports and Visas:
   • If traveling from overseas, you are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date and for obtaining any necessary visas.
9. Conduct during the Tour:
   • Follow the directions of the tour guide and respect local laws. We may exclude you from the tour if your behavior is inappropriate or hazardous.
10. Limitation of Liability:
    • Israel Destination, Explore & More Israel Education Tours, and associated individuals, are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to the tour, including special, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy:
    • By registering, you consent to our use of your photos or videos for marketing purposes.
12. Force Majeure:
    • Israel Destination, Explore & More Israel Education Tours, and associated individuals, are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, terrorism).
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
    • Any disputes will be resolved in Tel Aviv, Israel, under Israeli law.
